Well I dont know about some of you but it seems that with the First Time Tax Credit is coming to a deadline, that more than ever are we seeing crazy amounts of offers on properties in the $0-400,000 range. But there's news surfacing that there may be an extension in sight and even an increase of the amount credited. Check back for more info.
